Paper Two for PAC 442 Section B

Hi everyone! This short podcast is about the second paper assignment for the PAC 442 class at UIS. Let me apologize in advance - I'm swamped at work, and I just don't have time to re-record this podcast. So this is actually something I recorded for the Fall 2005 class. The only significant change is the URL for the handouts (listed below) and the due date - which, of course, is now 5 May 2006 at noon CDT.
